WALKB.DAT
Each of the above files are in comma delimited format. Fields are separated by commas and are treated as character strings - each is therefore enclosed by double quotation marks (with the exception of empty fields, which require no quotation marks).
The records in each file are terminated by Carriage Return (ASCII: 13) and Line Feed (ASCII: 10) characters.
