With Cleanmail®, you'll earn a discount on the regular postage price - while Cleanmail® Plus rewards greater address accuracy with an extra discount. You can get this discount by making sure your mail is correctly prepared with either an Optical Character Recognition (OCR) font or a Customer Barcode (CBC).
Cleanmail plus offers greater discounts in return for address accuracy of 95%.
Mailsort® and Walksort®
Mailsort® and Walksort® prices give you significant savings depending on the amount of preparation you do and how soon you want your mail to arrive.
We use a pricing structure based on format, weight, volume, delivery speed and amount of workshare involved.
Mailsort® 700 and 120 prices vary according to the amount of preparation you do, how many items you send, the format of your mail item and how soon you want your mail to arrive.
Levels of discount for Mailsort® 1400 and 700 depend upon the geographical spread of your mailings. Specifically, there are different discount levels for Direct and Residue Selections.
Mailsort® 1400 is suitable for irregular sized items that can't go through a machine, and must be sorted manually. However if you do some preparation for us, you can still benefit from a substantial discount.
Presstream®
On-time delivery for publishers. Rapid and reliable, Presstream® is a specialist distribution service for frequent publishers of magazines, newsletters, periodicals and journals.
Levels of discount for Presstream are also different for Direct and Residue Selections.
If your Presstream mailing reaches a penetration index of 2% and you can sort it to delivery walk. Presstream Walksort offers you all the benefits of our Presstream® service plus additional discounts.
The prices available from this website are standard Presstream rates - additional pricing options may be available.
Packetpost, Packetsort 8 and Packetpost Returns
Packetpost is a service for businesses sending more than 5000 Large Letters or packets per year. These packets options offer you varying discounts from the standard tariff price for only a small amount of preparation or sorting. It presents you with the total goods fulfilment package when you use the returns service to complete the relationship with your customer.
