Overview

By letting us pre-sort your mail before we deliver it, you can simplify your inward mail operation, saving valuable time and space and speeding up your business workflow. And because we're able to incorporate Pre-Sorted Delivery services into our automated mail processing operation, we can efficiently handle your mail and link with your organisations processes at a time that suits whilst helping you save costs. We can sort your mail by identifiers specified by you, such as client, building, department, individual or format, and deliver it in separate bags or bundles. This way, you can process cheques, invoices, responses from marketing campaigns and product orders much faster when they arrive.

Product instructions

You can apply for Pre-Sorted Delivery if your company (or your customer if you operate a handling service) meets one or more of the following criteria:

  • You have more than 6,000 items delivered daily
  • You require more than 25 sorting selections
  • Your mail includes packet traffic (i.e. not all letters/flats)

Pre-Sorted Delivery is available for a minimum of 12 months.
