Customer Final Label (CFL) Database

The current version of the Customer Final Label (CFL) Database 2007 Release 1, which came into effect on 23rd July 2007.

If you have any problems updating your Final Labelling software:

Customers who have been supplied with Final Labelling equipment and software by Royal Mail should call Joanne Bryan at The Barcode Warehouse on 01636 602000
Customers using Final Labelling software which was not provided by Royal Mail may need to contact their supplier to arrange for their software to be updated with the Final Label Database 2007 Release 1 from 23rd July 2007
Customers who have developed their own Final Labelling solutions will need to incorporate the new database, which is available to download below.

PLEASE NOTE: This update only applies to mailings prepared using Customer Final Labelling. If you are not sure whether this applies to you, please contact your Royal Mail account manager.

Downloading a Database:

In order to be able to inform you of changes and updates to the Mailsort Database, we require a few details before proceeding. When you click on "Download CFL Database ....", below, you will be taken through the registration process.

If you have registered with Mailsort Technical before, then you will not be required to register again. However, please do let us know by email if your details have changed.
