Mailsort User Guide and introductory publications in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format Mailsort Database is available in Fixed Field Width and Comma Delimited Field text formats for use by Mailsort software or in a printable 'booklet' edition for use by those who sort their mailings by hand. International Mailsort Database is available in Fixed Field Width and Comma Delimited Field text formats. The database is also available as a set of printable sorting lists in Adobe Acrobat Format and Microsoft Excel Format. Customer Final Label (CFL) Database is available in Fixed Field Width format only for use in Final Bag Label production. Test Address Lists for Mailsort and Walksort software are available in Fixed Field Width and Comma Delimited Field text formats. There are two address lists: one for Mailsort 1400, 700, 120 and Presstream, the other for Walksort. Before you can download a Mailsort or Walksort Test Address List you must submit a Test Data Contract. For further details, please see the Mailsort Software Testing section. Walksort Database is available in Fixed Field Width and Comma Delimited Field text formats for use by Walksort software. Before you can obtain a copy of the Walksort Database, you will need to accept the Terms and Conditions on this website. Barcode Font for Mailsort 700 / 120 / Cleanmail A TrueType font which, when installed on a computer, allows suitable applications to print Royal Mail barcodes. Test Address Data for CBC / OCR mailpiece accreditation is available in Fixed Field Width and Comma Delimited Field text formats.
