Mailsort 70 - Sort less and save more time and money

We know that you are always looking for ways to increase efficiencies in your business, save on costs and ensure your items arrive at their destination in the best possible condition.  We are therefore pleased to inform you of the launch of Mailsort® 70 and its sustainable variant Sustainable® Mail 70. These are being launched on 27th September 2010 and can save your business time and money.

Greater cost savings
Depending on which Mailsort® service you currently use, Mailsort® 70 can give you price reductions of up to 2.5%°.  Moreover, if you use Sustainable® Mail 70, you may also be eligible for a further saving of 4.7%^.

Easier to use & improved standards of delivery
With Mailsort® 70 mailings will be presented in trays rather than bags, which are easier to use. Trays can increase efficiencies in your business and can help in ensuring that your items arrive at their destination in the best possible condition.

Fewer selections
Whether it’s you or your mailing house using Mailsort®, with Mailsort® 70 the number of selections that will have to be sorted to is significantly reduced, which can mean less preparation time and a freeing-up of resources.

Lower entry level
Mailsort® 70 will only require 20,000 letter format items per mailing that conform to Royal Mail’s OCR or CBC specifications. This means existing Mailsort 700 customers can switch to Mailsort 70 and use trays for much smaller mailing volumes than they can at present.
