New template for checking OCR and CBC letters

There is a new template & guide to assist you when doing visual checks on machineable letters. The products which can be checked on the template are:

- Mailsort 120 OCR & CBC
- Mailsort 700 CBC
- Cleanmail OCR & CBC
- Cleanmail Plus OCR & CBC
- Mailsort Light OCR & CBC (as used with Mailsort 120 or Mailsort 1400) and
- International Bulk Mail (Letter format only).
- REDTAG®

The new template will be available from Tuesday 6th April. To get one, just email rm.orders@royalmail.com and ask for item code MISC1218.

You can continue to use the current template (J152) if you wish, as the core checks have not changed, however there are a few new checks.
